- Does your site have a plain or flat look to it ?
- Are your competitors sites substantially better than yours ?
- Does your site have easy to use navigation ?
- Has the site grown to the point that the old navigation
has made the site a nightmare to use ?
- Is your site making use of forms and possible data basing of
information ?
- Are you still hosted on Geocities or another Free service (To
be taken seriously on the internet you must have your own domain
name)
- Is your color scheme bad ?
- Are you using outdated Search Engine Optimization methods ? Or
none at all ?
- Is your overall layout confusing ?
- Do your pages take too long to load ?
