The LCSV2 will clean and format all of your lead lists in several easy steps:

1. Import your CSV List into the system, large files must be FTP' d to the server.
2. The columns are mapped into the database so no special formatting of the columns is required before import.
3. Select the filters that you would like to apply to the list.
4. Download the newly cleaned and formatted list.
5. The following files will be created for each file imported
   1. Newly formatted file
   2. Garbage file of data removed .
   3. Duplicates file of all duplicates in file.
6. All imported files are maintained in a master database to compare new files on import. If the new files have any duplicates ( email field only ) the the new data is omitted on import.
7. There is also a Cleanup Utility to delete all files in the master database that fit within a certain date range. this keeps the database from growing too large and containing old data.
   

The system will automatically apply the following formatting if you have selected the column for formatting.
